Contemporary Chinese society is in the process of changing social structure. Due to the development of social transition, resulting in profound changes in social structure. As representatives of the workers of state-owned enterprises played a huge role in guiding, and have made tremendous contributions to national construction.However, with state-owned enterprises from the planned economy to market economy, and establish a modern enterprise system, the market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises is the impact of unexpected ordinary workers, led to the founding of the early workers in state-owned enterprises under the planned economy are very different.
