And the research theory of pre-school education is laid behind. Especially the research specialized aim at children's injury incidents in kindergarten is little. However, most of the research spread the other research on the education stage. "According to a performance" are the regulation of the other education stage. Therefore concerning the dispose of children's injury incidents in kindergarten have been the wake link of our country law. So, it is significant to strengthen the research and explore on children's injury incidents in kindergarten, clarify people's misty understanding on dealing with such matter from the theories, promote the appropriately principle and way on prevention before something, control before something, and deal with before something.Firstly, the research see the related problem on children's injury incidents in kindergarten in the science of law's perspective, clarify people's misunderstanding on children's injury incidents in kindergarten on the law. Secondly, the writer investigated personally by case study. The writer chose two kindergartens A and B in Ji'an city, Jiang Xi province as the investigate object. Study the Children's Injury Incidents in these two kindergartens during the two years and the awareness from the parents and the teachers through comprehensive usage interview, literature review documentary method. Finally, in order to prevent the occurrence of the children's injury incidents in kindergarten, the writer put forward the following seven measures. Establish and develop the system of the safety management. Build up the consciousness of the law and the responsibility of the kindergarten guide and the pre-school teacher. Strengthen the security education to the children, and improve the children' consciousness and ability of the self-protection. Reinforce the education of the legal system of the children's parent, and improve the law consciousness of the children's parent. Strengthen the construction of the legislation on pre-school education, and develop the law system of pre-school education. Establish and develop the society insurance system, realize the socialization of compensation responsibility. Increase the devotion of the children's education, and improve the education condition of the children.
