The Research On Land-Lost Satisfaction Degree To Current Social Security System

With the acceleration of Urbanization process in China, land-lost peasants, a special fringe group dissociating between urban and country are increasing their number. How to guarantee their rights and interests and improve their rigorous living and developing condition have become a big problem to government of all levels, and also become a vital link of constructing our harmonious country. With the actuality of soil is still the basic living indentity, the key strategy to dispose of land-lost peasants' problem is to construct a social security system.Based on the investigation and study of land-lost peasants' degree of satisfaction to current social security system in the city of Chongqing, this paper sums up land-lost peasants' existing problems in social security: tradition ensconcing pattern has become behindhand, which made land-lost peasants had insufficiency of their absolute standard of living; there still have not really constructed a social security system for land-lost peasants,; current social security measurements are covering too narrow, patterns are too single and standards are too low. And this paper also analysis reasons of these problems from both the main body and object of social security implement in order to reflect the land-lost peasants' real state objectively.Based on analysis of the land-lost peasants' social security state in the city of Chongqing and combined with Chongqing's political and economical development, this article puts forward some countermeasures and recommendations, which mainly concludes: standardizing the compensation and allocation of land-draft, strengthening supervising degree by government; providing assistance and assurance in law to the land-lost peasants; trying for more social attention and widening fund source etc. We hope these discussions have model significance to the work of guaranteeing the land-lost peasants' living and legality rights; provide gist to construct and consummate social security system and create a steady social circumstance for he acceleration of Urbanization process in China.
