Between Dialectic And Reality-Comparisons Of Marx's State Theory To Hegel's

Studys on Marx's and Hegel's state theories are abundant by the oristicians in our country.But few have the comparisons between them. Thus people usually focus on the differences rather than on the common grounds : dancing on Rhodus with their own paces. In Hegel's theory the state determins the society, but why Marx had the conclusion that contrary to Hegel's? What is the meaning of it to today's harmonious society? This paper will have the keys by analysing the differences and the common grounds of them according to the clue of the individual——the group——the community.Firstly, this paper discussed the differences and the common grounds of their state theories'starting points in logic. In Hegel's state theory it is freedom. Marx's has the same value pursuit but his starting point is Man. This leads to the differences on the being of man and personality :one is person with free will while the other is man of praxs;one is property personality while the other is society personality.Furthermore, the paper compared the origins of private property and differeces views on the civil society .On the origins of private property it is produced by labour's alienation in Hegel's theory while in Marx's by alienationate labour. The civil society as reflection of the relation of private property is produced by need in Hegel's theory while in Marx's by interest. In Hegel,s theory the devision of labour,contest and different amount of prossessed private property result in hierachy while to Marx result in society class. So the state was born along with the development of absolute idea in Hegel's theory and the class struggle in Marx's theory.Next, this paper compared the critic results to reality community by Marx and Hegel: they both pursued a pattern surmounting the civil society. Their ideal forms are : rational state and communist society. The rational state and the communist society are terminal points of their state theories.Finally, this paper has a reflection on the hot trend of civil society construction. The relationship pattern of"Strong state and strong society"is the ideal one between the state and the society from the view of game theory. However, this pattern relies more on the state's function transformation rather than the construction of civil society. We must turn"the strong state"in range into the strong state in ability according to the requirement of service management in Marx's state theory. Or the"Strong state and strong society"pattern will be impossible.
