There are many opposite points in Marx and Hegel's thoughts, and the discussion on the theory of bureaucracy is one of the contact points of their conflicting views, which is of great significance to the study of the relations and differences between Marx and Hegel,as well as the needs of the study of Marxist state theory. The background of Hegel and Marx is different. We should think about the logic of Hegel's Thought under the specific background. In Hegel's view,as the center of modern country, administrative power means the most advanced knowledge literacy and legal consciousness. The bureaucracy with good system is the link and intermediary between the civil society and the state. It is the premise of the realization of the universal goal of the society and the unification of the civil society and the state. The formation of Marx's own critical problems, the influence of material interests in the Rhine and the influence of Feuerbach's and Rousseau's thoughts led him to have to settle Hegel's idealistic state view.He aimed at bureaucracy, which was not only a criticism of German reality, but also a liquidation of Hegel's philosophy. In Marx's view, the state and society with bureaucracy as the intermediary are unreasonable.Bureaucracy itself has the nature of trade association. The governance of bureaucracy relies not on knowledge and ability, but on authority and mystery, which does not mean that it is independent of the general interests of civil society. He believes that in a real country,it does not depend on whether every citizen has the possibility of being dedicated to the general level as a special level, but on whether this level has the ability to become The real universal rank is the rank of all citizens.Only direct democracy is the only form of political organization that conforms to human nature. To abandon bureaucracy,we must give people sovereignty. In the critique of philosophy of law,Marx has not made a systematic discussion on the abandonment of bureaucracy, and then it is perfected in the French civil war.Marx's criticism of Hegel's bureaucratic theory is of great significance to the development of Marx's theory and the thinking of reality. This paper aims to re-examine the theoretical relationship and differences between Hegel and Marx,re position the position of Marx's criticism of Hegel's bureaucracy in Marxist philosophy and political science, and rethink the reality of life by analyzing and studying Marx's and Hegel's exposition of bureaucracy theory. At the same time,in the process of research,we should base onthe original work and strive to grasp its ideological essence.
