The Research On Corporation's Environmental Social Responsibility In Economic Law

The view of the corporation's social responsibility is an idea for harmonious relationship between corporation and society. The role of the corporation is changing in our country while the fast developing of economic and foreign relations. As the most important part of the economic, corporation need to burden more social responsibility.Corporation's environmental social responsibility is an important constituent of corporation's social responsibility. By the speeding up of the industrialization, the environment becomes worse and worse in the whole world. It makes people ponder deeply over the life-style and the mode of production nowadays. The content of corporation's social responsibility, which contains the problem of charities and laborer at first, is also expanding now. The environmental problem becomes a part of corporation's social responsibility. It provides a new way for us to solve the ecological crisis. At present, the special research on environmental social responsibility is very few in homeland, so is the analyzing in economic law. The original intention of this paper is how to solve the environmental problem by economic law.The environment social responsibility is a new system which has different meaning and content. Why I study this problem under the economic legal system is the first thing should solve. After analyzing the necessity and the feasibility of the environment social responsibility, the study of environmental social responsibility can be researched in the fundamental idea of economic law, just like the value on fairness and social benefit. It is also special in practice.As we all know, environmental social responsibility has a long history abroad. The system design uses the experiences which come from other counties for reference, and summarizes the successful legislation inland. By this research, I look forward to providing a favorable beginning for the academia of the deeper attention and discussion of the legalization of corporation's environmental social responsibility.
