Study Of Xinjiang's Ethnic Relations Among Constructing Socialist Harmnious Society

The ethnic relation refers to various nationalities aspects and so as politics, economy, culture, society which forms in the process of social relations. The ethnic relation is an inseparable part of internal social relation of a national state. 16 sessions of four CCP plenary conferences"the Central Committee of the CCP about Strengthened Party Ruling Ability Constrution Decision"to put forward an important new concepts construction socialism harmonious society. The harmony has become the main melody in mordern present time.Xinjiang is a province with multi-ethnic groups and has its special cultural and natural conditions which makes the ethnic relation playing a key role in the building harmonious socialist socicty. On the one hand, a good handling of the relations between different ethnic groups is the basic content and guarantee for building a harmonious socialist socicty; on the othcr hand, the ethnic relation,as a culture of social relation, has important functions in building a harmonious socialist socicty. At the same time, we must face the existing problems in this process.This article is composed of three parts. The First part analyses the theory between the harmonious ethnic relations and the harmonious society'. The second part analyses the present situations of the ethnic relations and what problems in this relations. The third part analyses how to strengthen the Xinjiang harmonious ethnic relations. The article utilization dialectical materialism and the historical materialism world outlook and the methodology have analyzed the Xinjiang ethnic relations evolution, through the means of comparison, induction, quota and the qualitative analysis the Xinjiang ethnic relations has not the harmonious factor at present, and based on the ethnology correlation theory, the sociology ethnic relationstheory, proposes the corresponding choice counter measure. The conclusions is that the harmonious ethnic relation is the important constituent in constructing harmonious society. Xinjiang is one of the five big autonomous regions in our contury, in the history continuously , all the area which is the multi- nationalitieslives together. It is our country economic society harmonious developmentorganic constituent. There is no the harmony of ethnic relations in Xinjiang, there is no the whole harmnonious society in Xinjiang, of course there is no Chinese socialism harmnious society. We must face up to the influence and the restriction harmonious ethnicrelations factors, diligently constructs the harmonious Xinjiang ethnicrelations. We must realize that the lofty goal of constructing the socialism harmonious society will come true.
