In this paper, according to Marxist standpoint,viewpoint andmethods, the author regards Comrade Chen Yun's argumentationabout cadres contingent building as a whole, and then carries ontheoritical generalization to it from the macroscopic The authorthinks that the study on Comrade Chen Yun's cadres contingentbuilding thought has important directive significance, to study andcarry out the spirit of the decision on enhancing the party's "rulingcapabilities" in depth, to build a high-quality cadres contingent inpower, thus to improve the party's ruling status.This paper is divided into four chapters altogether.
