Study On Comrade Chen Yun's Cadres Contingent Building Thought

In this text, the author regards Comrade Chen Yun's argumentation about cadres contingent building as a whole, and then carries on theoretical generalization to it from the macroscopic. Thereout the author thinks that Comrade Chen Yun's cadres contingent building thought is actually a systematic theoretical system composed of "know people, choose people, use people, educate people" etc. This thought enriches and develops cadres contingent building theory of the Party. At the same time, the author thinks that the study on Comrade Chen Yun's cadres contingent building thought has important directive significance, to study and carry out the spirit of the decision on enhancing the Party's "ruling capabilities" in depth, which is adopted by the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in its Fourth Plenum, to build a high-quality cadres contingent in power, thus to improve the Party's ruling capabilities and to consolidate the Party's ruling status. That is to say "know people, choose people, use people, educate people ". Fourth, the realistic meaning of Comrade Chen Yun's cadres contingent building thought: First of all, to understand the great meaning of strengthening cadres contingent building from strategic height; Secondly, the basic demand put forward to improve the quality and ability of cadres contingent in the decision on enhancing the Party's "ruling capabilities"; Finally, to build a contingent of high-quality cadres, thus to improve the Party's ruling capabilities.
