Research On The Mode Of Bank Regulation

The mode of regulation and supervision in our country had changed for several times and in the event the model is multiplex pattern. But in the posture of high-level development and innovation in financial market, the present regulation mode is not meet further development, so that a change of model is on the agenda of reformation.This paper aims to provide the theoretical foundation for the innovation of the bank regulation mode, in virtue of the research of the relation between the operational model and the regulation mode. Then give an overview of the practices of the legal reformation in other countries in financial regulation to get some experiences for our country. In the end, based on the analysis of the current situation of bank regulation in our country, we give some suggestions for the innovation of legal reform.The full paper divided into four chapters besides the preface, the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is mainly about the basic theory of the mode of the regulation of the commercial bank. This part includes: first, the analysis of the concept, classification and history of the operation mode of commercial bank, and its current international trends; then take a systemic theoretical research of the mode of the bank regulation and supervision, and the relationship between the regulation mode and the operational mode.The second chapter is concerned the practice of bank regulation and supervision in some representative countries: America, England, German, Japan and Korea. Then reveal something in common in those countries' reformation, and provide some advices of the bank regulation.The third chapter is about the develop history of the mode of bank regulation and the current situation in our country. Then give detailed expatiation of the development of the mixed operation of bank, and its development give great challenges to current multiplex regulation mode.The last part put forward the suggestions on bank regulation mode, i.e., the principle of choosing regulation mode, the factors should be considered, and how to perfecting the present supervisory law and developing the regulation mode.
