Study Of The Problem Of Urban Female Employment In China

From the establishment of our country to now, the economic and social structure of china has changed greatly. The industry structure and ownership structure bring great influence to the employment structure. What is more, they influence the participation of women'employment. On one hand, the economic development brings about more and more employment opportunity. As a result, women have more chance to take a job. On the other hand, with the adjustment of economic structure and the employment reform of city, many superfluous workers are dropped out from the firms of the old planned economy. So the pressure of city employment becomes more obvious. So it is great urgent to resolve the problem of women'employment.The study reviews the situation from 1950'firstly, and then it analyzes kinds of problems of the present women'employment, based on adequate data. Furthermore, the study also analyzes four reasons of difficulty of women'employment. At last, on the base of employment polices of foreign countries, this study puts forward some suggestions to resolve the problem of women'employment.
