The problem of facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers, which the government thought as key problems in china's socialist revolution, construction and development. It is a focus problem within the academician's discussion. At the beginning of last century, there were lots of social practices to the question of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. These practices took aim at resuscitated the rural society. In the progress of revolution and construction of socialism, the party and the government have accumulated more experiences both positive and negative. At the same time, it is a universe question to agriculture country in the progress of itself modernization, foreign experiences is helpful to solve the problem facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers such as Korea, Japan and Israel.This paper makes a summary of experiences of movement of rural area construction, revolution and construction of socialism by CCP and developing agriculture mode of Korea. Basis on the summary, in order to solving the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the writer of this paper want to find a mode of developing agriculture in China.Basis on the analysis of history and studying the modern situations, it suggests the method of solving the question of "san-nong" and finds the way of building new socialism village. It is the key to solve the question of "san-nong", bringing to play the forces of government, farmers and intellectuals. Foreign experiences about this question are helpful to this problem. This problem solved is helpful to build new socialism village and develop the developing mode of agriculture.
