Research On The Measures To Service And Trade Laws Of China's Medical And Public Health Under WTO System

The medical market is one part of market system in socialism. Entering into the WTO which brings ever-developing opportunities for China's overall market is bound to influence on promoting China's medical services to develop. In a sense, however, entering into the WTO is not just for medical services. To be exact, laws and regulations for medical and public health should be considered first to enter into the WTO. It is an urgent and long-run task for China to accelerate revising, setting or canceling the laws and regulations related to medical services, to achieve the pledge of opening medical service market, to strengthen supervision and management, to insist the people-oriented strategy, to carry out the view of scientific development completely, to grasp opportunities and face challenges, to promote medical reform and development as a whole, and to increase healthy level of the public continuously.
