Research On The Legal Problem Of Prevention And Cure On Ocean Engineering Pollution In China

Due to the shortage of land resource, oceans have become the last resort for sustainable development. However, the ocean pollution escalates as human's ocean exploitation and exploration increase. The ocean pollution of the environment cause by the ocean engineering has become one great pollution source of our country.This paper has five parts to carry on a research about the prevention of ocean engineering pollution. The first part elaborates the content of the ocean engineering, and the ocean engineering is re- made a define on the law. The second part makes an analysis to the reason of the ocean engineering pollution. The independent of the ocean ecosystem system and the ocean environmental benefits corpus is lack, which makes the prevention of ocean engineering pollution more difficult. The third part introduced the law to the ocean engineering pollution, and the problems exist among these provisions. The four-part cent is the contents of the international law and what we can learn from the international law.In the last part, the writer puts forward the suggestion deal with the problem of ocean engineering pollution: one hand, modify the related law provision of the ocean engineering pollution; the other, propose the management system of ocean engineering pollution in our country.
