On The Relation Between Government Transformation And Stabilisation Of Power Structure In Our Country

This paper aims to deeply understand political changes in China by inspecting the privatization of state-owned enterprises.First of all, after demonstration, this paper pointes out that privatization of state-owned enterprises is inevitable and gradual. This is because that private property development is the standards of the privatization of state-owned enterprises, and private property development is a gradual process. So, this theoretical model lays the groundwork for studying political changes.In discussing the issue of political changes in China, the paper first divides it into two parts: government functions and power structure, according to the theory of political actions. This paper points out that the first step of political changes in China is the transformation of government, and it is not only a marginal amendments but the system changes; Then, the paper also pointes out that power structure can remain stable after the game between the two main political players. Therefore political change in China is the unity between changes and stability. The former are the position, status and functions of government. Conversely, the latter are the power structure, authority and freedom of government.Finally, this article connects the logic of political changes with China development strategies, and pointes out that the progressive reform strategy is most reasonable.
