Study On The Relations Between Website Construction Of County Governments And Economic Development Among County Areas

With the development and popularity of the network information technology in China, E-government speeds up its development in the direction of interaction without the limitation in sections and zones. In recent years, more and more governmental websites of different levels and plenty of services and gradually perfect website functions indicate that Chinese governmental informationization construction is improved. Governmental office efficiency and transparency are improved very much by the gradual perfection of the governmental website functions. The abundant information resources in the governmental websites will boost the development of every industry and create huge economic benefits. The governmental websites gradually become"the important windows of service", by which the people can learn what is going on with the government and check the governmental information, which can direct the public to deal with different affairs and feed back the public's will and requests and help the public to finish doing with affairs online. The governmental websites are the good media to present the good image of the different sections and governments and to make the governments'important status in the public minds. More and more benefits are found because governmental informationization construction and website functions are gradually improved. In this case, in order to improve E- government in China, both the central and regional governments regard governmental website construction as the first step to realize E- government. Every province is requested to enhance the governmental website construction. So is the government in the level of county. So far, after ten years'construction of the governmental websites in the level of province and ministry, it is realized to publicize, open governmental affairs, communicate & interact, deal with affairs online, share the resources and have the public participate. However, the governmental websites in the level of county are not satisfactory in the aspects of communicating & interaction and dealing with affairs online. The governments centre around their governmental website construction for informationization so as to improve all of the governmental work. This thesis is based on the research and study on governmental website construction and economy of the counties on the list. It is found that gradual perfection of the county governmental website services will promote the development of their economy. Then the fast economic development in the county certainly will make the governmental website functions gradually perfect.There are totally four parts except the introduction and conclusion. The first part is about the study on the websites of the governments in the level of county. The study is mainly based on the first ten county governmental websites on the list in recent three years. The contents with individuality and value should be encouraged and popularized after the analysis on the commonness of their websites and the logical classification. The purpose is to find out the functions and structure of the main columns by the analysis on the county governmental websites. The second part is about the research on the means of economic development of the counties. The analysis is mainly based on the governmental websites of the first ten cities in the level of county listed on GDP in recent three years. Conclude the structure and overall arrangement of the economic commonness of the counties in the development zone. Propose the ways to realize the reasonable economic structure optimization and logical industry arrangement. The purpose is to find out the proper means to the economic development in the counties according to the characteristics of the different areas. The third part is about the analysis on the relationship between the governmental website construction and the economic development in the counties. The analysis is mainly based on the relationship between information attribute and market efficiency, between the county governmental information service ability and the economic development and between the county governmental website construction and the information service ability. During the process of the combinations between the basic information attribute and the market efficiency, the economic valuation can be realized quickly. The county governmental website information service ability is the important thing for the governmental website to improve the information service ability. The efficient and convenient information resource provided by the governmental websites with the strong information service ability is the support and guarantee for the economic development of the counties. The county government has to perfect the website service system gradually, which is the key to solve the problem of the continuous economic development. The fourth part is about the strategy of the county governmental website construction based on the county economic development considered from website content arrangements, website structure design and website content maintenance. At the premise to guarantee the county economic development, the governmental websites must serve the people and manage the column content and design. The management must be in conformity with the requirement of the times. The reasonable strategy for the website content structure and the problems about security & cost must be constructed and solved from techniques and management. The purpose is that the county governmental website can proceed more smoothly and the public and businesses can get the valuable information in time and conveniently. The economy and society can develop very well by information efficiency.
