Study Of Inner- Party Democracy From The Perspective Of Political Modernization

Political modernization is the objective needs of the Chinese Communist Party in the new situation. The characteristics of modern political party is to use the inner-party democracy to build the inner- party governance structure and form a series of ways and means of Party ’s activities. The inner- party democracy is the central issue that our party must really solve to realize its modernization. That is to say the necessary requirement of the inner- party democracy in modern social democracy is not only the serious content and eternal topic of dimensionality but also the development direction and the demand of reality of political modernization.This thesis based on the systematically the basic theory political modernization and the inner- party democracy, a comprehensive analysis of the inner-party democracy construction in the problems that exist in the actual operation: the legal basis of Ruling Legitimacy is lacking, the negative influence of traditional political is not conducive to the development of democracy within the party,the organizational structure is difficult to adapt to the objective requirements of modernization,The construction of inner-party democracy theory of modernization is lagging behind. In general, the reasons for these problems above are comprehensive, complex,multifaceted. Generally speaking,the main reasons are: the changes of social transition period during the ruling legitimacy, the effects of the party’s historical transformation,the restricting of the party organization structure characteristics, the legacy of the feudal ideology and the delay in institutional building. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the actual operation of the building of the inner- party democracy in the modern dimensionality and finally this thesis explores the effective ways to develop the inner- party democracy in the modernization angle of view: consolidating the party’s ruling foundation, Optimization of the Inner Party democracy environment,the realization of the modernization of the party organization system and by changing the concept to improve the inner- party democracy and strength the foundation of the inner- party democracy.These will be for the Communist Party of new period especially China itself has the important theory and the practical significance of the construction of inner-party democracy.
