The Research Of The Employment Security For The Disabled In Our Country In A Social Policy Persepctive

The employment security for the disabled is the most important part in the disabled cause of our country, which is very essential for keeping the whole society stable and solid, ensuring the disabled to take part in the social life equally and fully and sharing the material and cultural result of our society. The research perspective of my paper is the social policy. Thus on such a basis I will analyze the problems and reasons which exists in the employment security for the disabled in our country and make a deep analysis about the social policy of the employment of the disabled. Therefore I finally make a conclusion about how to establish the employment security policies for the disabled in our country. My paper could be divided into five chapters. The first chapter gives us some basic definitions about the employment, social policy, employment policy for the disabled, and so on. The second chapter analyzes the present situation for the disabled to be employed and the existing problems and reasons, and at the same time concludes the basic characteristics of the employment security policies for the disabled. The third chapter analyzes the employment security policies for the disabled deeply, including the intensive employment policies, the extensive employment policies according to the ratio and the policies for the disabled to look for jobs by themselves. Furthermore analyzes the supplementary policies for the disabled, such as the rehabilitation of the disable, environment establishment without obstacles. Finally I analyze the aid policies about the law and psychology of the employment for the disabled. The fourth chapter makes some relative suggestions about the construction of the social policies for the disabled to be employed in our country. The suggestions are as follows: the government should mainly establish and strengthen the policy system about the employment laws and regulations for the disabled should be established and strengthened; strengthen the establishment of the supplementary employment policies, aid policies and human capital promotion policies for the disabled; develop the community employment and family employment for the disabled; bring the capital into a forceful play in the employment for the disabled; improve the employment ability of the disabled in the countryside by education and technical training. The fifth chapter makes a conclusion about my whole paper.The employment security for the disabled belongs to the applied research. Here I want to make several creative ideas of my own. The first is to exercise the responsibility of the government dominantly in the employment security for the disabled, including two aspects, being the policy principal part and employment unit; the second is to develop the employment pattern which will regard the community and family as the center; next the employment security fund for part of the disabled should be used as the social insurance for the employed disabled and the career technical training; finally strengthen the employment capital for the disabled through the capital.
