As employment is the basic of the people's livelihood. As a vulnerable group in society persons with disabilities became disability due to illness, became poverty caused by residual, so the importance of employment for them is more self-evident. Compared with healthy people, the employment, job quality, employment rates of the disabilities have been at a bad condition, which makes their life more difficult. How to make the disabled integrate better into normal social life through employment is currently a serious problem.In this context, study of the employment security of persons with disabilities enables persons with disabilities to achieve their labor rights and their own values, strengthening capacity for survival and development, improving living conditions, quality of life and reducing the burden on families. Based on the second national sample survey on disability and survey data, with the method of risk society theory, theory of social security for the disabled, humanitarian theory, social exclusion theory, theory of social reintegration of the disabled, the thesis discusses the employment situation of disabilities in Shanxi province, analyzes current employment status and various related issues. Finally,we find out the related countermeasures of Shanxi province, to promote employment protection for persons with disabilities.Based in Shanxi province, as the object of persons with disabilities, through investigation of some the disabled about their daily life and employment status, we analyzed that their problems in employment guarantee mainly involved three aspects. The first one is insufficient employment training. Mainly for the poor training communication, over theoretical subject training, lack of practical experience, as well as training in mental health. Secondly, post development and arrangement for employment hasn't carried out specifically, economic conditions has declined, welfare enterprises developed difficultly, proportional placement cannot effectively carry out. Disabled people weak in job skills are unable to meet the needs of enterprises, also lack of self-employed project management, more problematic; Thirdly, policies cannot be effectively implemented, refusing to pay the residual premiums still happened, residual payments collection systems need to be improved. Based on the analysis of the above issues, from persons with disabilities themselves, the community, the Government three parts, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Arranging training, enhancing the employ-ability of the disabilities themselves, to build a caring social environment for people with disabilities. From the promotion of integration and flexible employment, adoption of legislative perfection of the residual premiums collection, rational planning the disabled employment service agencies to improve the Government's responsibilities. Meanwhile, through the study, I want to provide modest care for the special persons. Start in my life, caring for every disabled friend.
