A Study Of Legal System Of Government Credit

The credit crisis of Chinese society has been widely concerned, but how to safeguard the credit of government was a field which is not deep researched. The construction of government credit system could restrict the government action batter, to achieve human right, lead to well interaction; also the construction of government credit system is the crucial content of social credit system. With the further development of our socialist "rule of law", specially, after China entering into WTO, the need of taking part in the international competition has made it an urgent task for us to rebuild government credit and set up unified perfect legal security system of government credit to fit in with the socialist market economy system.This thesis studies by research method of the sociological jurisprudence and the relative method. The thesis investigate the concept and the characteristic of government credit firstly, study the basal jurisprudence which could support the government credit; and then the thesis summarize the present situation of American government credit system and indicate the usefulness for us; on this the thesis discuss the present situation of our country and put forward the method to construction our country's government credit system:First, construct the system of governmental information publicity as the basis of the system of government credit. The implementation of the "regulations on the publicity of government information" should be a great moment to construct the system of our country's government credit.Secondly, construct the system of governmental action credit as the main content of the system of government. Establish the principle of good faith in the area of abstract administrative action and specific administrative action.Thirdly, construct the supervise system of government power as restricts of the system of government credit.
