The famous economist Jinglian Wu said that “market economy is a credit economy”,showing the importance of credit in the construction of a market economy.However,the credit crisis caused by the lack of social credit in real life has severely disrupted the normal market order in China.The shortcomings and defects of the social credit management system have also gradually emerged,which has become a stumbling block to the healthy development of the socialist market economy.How to explore effective methods of social credit supervision in the context of the reform of the administrative management system is a question worthy of analysis and research.This article is divided into 5 parts for research:The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background,current status,significance,research methods and ideas of this article.By presenting the problems existing in China's social credit government supervision system,the research significance of this paper is elicited.The purpose is to promote the construction and improvement of China's social credit government supervision system through extraterritorial research.The second part is the theoretical basis of government supervision of social credit.By clarifying the related concepts and principles of government supervision of social credit,it discusses the status and role of government supervision in the construction of social credit system.Discussing the construction of the social credit system can not be promoted,supervised and managed by the government.The third part analyzes the current situation and problems of the government supervision of social credit in China.Through enumerating the practical status and innovative features of the typical pilot area,Shanghai's social credit system,the problems existing in China's current system operation are studied.The fourth part is a theoretical and practical study of the social credit supervision system in the United States,Germany,and Hong Kong.It summarizes the useful experiences and practices of the credit monitoring systems in the three countries and regions,and seeks to provide more for the construction of China's social credit government supervision system.More experience.The fifth part is to put forward some suggestions for the government supervision system of social credit in our country.According to the implementation status of government supervision of social credit in our country,we should draw lessons from international successful experience,so as to make targeted measures to strengthen the construction of China's social credit supervision system.
