Study Of Power Rent-seeking And The Public Power Alienation Under The Socialist Market Economy Condition

During in the period which socialist China transform from a traditional agricultural society to a modern industrial society,because the influence of various factors,the society has had a huge amount of the rent and the rent-seeking activities to seek for the amount of rent,the government officials used the power in their hands',avoid all kinds of control,regulations and examinations,to seek or defends the activities of vested interests,that is power of rent-seeking.In fact,power of rent-seeking is the phenomenon as power as the capital.In the socialist society,the power belongs to people,the Government is subject to people's willing to manage state affairs,this principal-agent relationships can easily lead to abuse and power to commercialization,strengthen the possibility of rent-seeking activities in the absence of effective supervision and control circumstances.
