It had been praized that Economic & Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 the true point of origin and the secret of the Marxian philosophy. In the Critique of the Hegelian Dialectic and Philosophy as a Whole, Marx analyzed and Criticized the Hegelian Dialectic systematically.In Critique of the Hegelian Dialectic and Philosophy as a Whole ,Marx said:"Consequently, despite its thoroughly negative and critical appearance and despite the genuine criticism contained in it, which often anticipates far later development, there is already latent in the Ph?nomenologie as a germ, a potentiality, a secret, the uncritical positivism and the equally uncritical idealism of Hegel's later works– that philosophic dissolution and restoration of the existing empirical world."This is Marx'attitude to Hegelian Dialectics :on one hand, Hegel's Dialectics have appearance of negativity and criticism ,on the other hand , Hegel's Dialectics have the uncritical positivism and the equally uncritical idealism .In the first place , The essence of Dialectic is negativity and criticism, which makes his appearance with alienation and Supersession .In the second place, here is the root of uncritical positivism and the equally uncritical idealism in Hegel's Dialectics: The distinct forms of estrangement which make their appearance are only various forms of consciousness and self-consciousness; Alienation is merely an estrangement of pure, i.e., abstract, philosophical thinking; Supersession is a transcending of a conceptual entity; Something objective is not objective; The labor is only abstractly mental labor.In the third place ,critique of the Hegel's Dialectic being conservative in its detention system.The appearance of Marx's transcendence of Hegel's Dialectic is :substituting the abstract man with the real humam being acting objectively ; replacing the abstract nature with the real nature; transcendenting the abstract and mental labour; setting Dialectics free in the open world.In the end, the paper dissertates the effect of the critique and transcendence of Hegel's Dialectic by Marx . One is the criticism of the improper applications to dialectics which had been applied in the Philosophy of Poverty by M. Proudhon.; the other is the proper applications to dialectics which had been applied in Marx'economics ,especially in Capital.
