Researches On Steal Prevention

Steal, a common property crime, holds a high rate in China's criminal. It's a very serious social problem that we should pay more attention to.How to prevent the crime and reduce the harm which crime brings to the society, is what we thought science the crime exists. The researches of crime preventing are becoming consummate. This thesis is trying to analyze the reason of steal and find the effective way of steal prevention.The first section is mainly about the basic theory of steal, including the concept, the trait, the status and the harm of the steal, as well as why steal appears so frequently. Only you know the reason, can you know how to prevent it. It uses the tools of economic and sociological to analyze the reason. And it gets a conclusion that because of low criminals cost, the obvious difference between the poor and rich, high rate of the unemployment; steal holds a high rate in criminal.Then the thesis chooses four aspects to discuss the question. Firstly it discusses penalty prevention, and trying to find out how to balance the cost and gain. Secondly it discusses the social prevention. And find the way to improve the society policy and the social construction. Thirdly it discusses the public security prevention. Through the analysis, we find that we should enhance the management of domicile, public situation, and community. Fourthly, it discusses the victim prevention. It's a new view of prevention. It benefits from some criminal expert's theories, and gets some conclusions.
