Ponder On Promotion Of Our Country's Officials' Service Concept

The officials are the main body of a country's public administration. Their service concept is the core of their service spirit. It is on behalf of the direction of the country's administration value. And the service concept directly affects their images in public's eyes and people's support and approval. It is very important for the development of a country's administration, the development of society, and also the development of economic. Officials of our country compose the troop which serves for our people. Both what kind of service can they offer and how the service quality and effectiveness are the keys. The service concept is the decisive factor. Consciousness controls motion, service concept is decisive to service behavior. So analysis on what kind of problems the official's service concept has is a very important topic. At the moment our country's officials have little service concept, low service efficiency and lacks of service initiation. All the factors before are the realities in front of us. And they seriously affect the relationship between our government and public; affect the development of harmonious society. Wanting to solve these problems, we must start from the service concept.
