The Research On The Community Governance Practice Of Reform And Path Analysis In Jiangxi

On the background of China's fast social transition process, the distance between urban community orientation and governance reform model with the need of the development of society still exists. With the deepening reform of the market economic system, stability and development of urban community should be a important guarantee of society stability and harmonious construction, the building of China's urban community is in a continuous process of development and improvement. As a developing province in the central region, how to learn from the successful experience of the foreign and the domestic community governance and probe for the urban communities in our province actual governance model have a great significance for the Jiang Xi's harmonious society construction. Through the investigation and research the basic situation of community governance of Jiang Xi (especially the Jiu Jiang city, town of Xun Yang), I research the main ways of China's urban community management and reform. First I analysis the basic theory of community management, then I describe and analyze the urban communities management of Jiang Xi Province, compared some foreign and local community governance model, raised their reference to its urban community management. Finally, according to my practical career, theoretically I thinking on the system innovation of urban community governance model, and identified the corresponding suggestions. On the basic principles of upholding the party's leadership and the guiding of the government, I think, implementing community autonomy, concerning about community service, creating a harmonious community culture, advocating community people to take an active participation in community governance of public business, Clarifying the relations between the government, community residents and community-based organizations, creating the government - community mixture model, is the basic developing direction of the community governance and community building of Jiang Xi province in the future.
