The Communist Promise System is an innovation in the construction of the Communist Party's advance .Under that system, the party members promise the mass what they could do ,accept the supervision to their fulfillment and bring the results forward to the judgement by the mass. In essence, it shows that the party members practice the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, while the goal of the construction is to reach, to well realize ,safeguard and develop the fundamental interests of vast mass..Two parts are employed in this article.The first part, the preface, reviews the historical experience in the construction of the Party's advance after she came in power, an important aspect of which is to keep the Party constantly close to the masses and win their approvement and support. That depends on the vast numbers of those members in the people, who maintain frequent and direct ties with the mass. And the Communist Promise System is an effective mechanism of the present time for the members to keep advanced, carry out the idea of building the Party serving the interests of the people, and set up the consciousness of public servant.The second part, the main body of the essay, includes: firstly, the origin, the form, the content and the usual ways of the system, as well as the initial results of practicing it, are introduced; secondly, the system brings about that the Communists play the exemplary role by realizing indeed interest of the people; thirdly, the enlightenment from the system, of the construction of the Party's advance, is discussed briefly; fourthly, some imperfections still in the system are analyzed, and some ways to perfect them are brought forward; fifthly, some disputes about the Communist Promise System are enumerated and explained in the writer's opinion.
