With the advancement of China's economic reformation, the labor relation is experiencing a dramatic change. Now in our country, employers have occupied the dominant positions over labors, which leads the violation of labor's rights. However, in the current labor dispute and arbitration system in China is so overelaborated that few workers can take advantage of it. Besides, due to the deficiency the legal positioning and current system, the Labor Union in china is still inferior in function of labor dispute and arbitration. Now it is necessary to strengthen the Union's function by enforcing the labor laws and improving the labor dispute arbitration system, to promote the economic development and social stabilization. In the article, the author analysis several cases of Nantong Municipal Union, pointed out several disadvantages of the current system, and proposed several practical ways to strengthen the function of the Union.
