A Study On The Role Of County Trade Union Organizations In The Great Mediation Of Labor Disputes

With the continuous development of the supply-side reform,the industrial structure has been adjusted and the social structure has changed greatly.The old system and the adjustment of labor relations have been unable to keep up with the rapid pace of the development of the times,thus affecting the construction of harmonious labor relations.The legislation of our country attaches great importance to the role of trade unions in the mediation mechanism of labor dispute settlement.This multi-mediation pattern can basically be divided into pre-litigation mediation and litigation mediation,among which grass-roots mediation and arbitration mediation are the main ways of pre-litigation mediation.Grass-roots mediation is an important part of labor dispute mediation mechanism and the first barrier to resolve labor dispute before litigation.It plays a key role in practice and has important significance in theory.Based on the labor dispute cases in the new economic situation,this paper takes the trade unions in C County as the starting point,analyzes the role of the trade union organizations in the pre-litigation regulation,reveals the characteristics,and draws lessons from the solution mechanism of the foreign mature trade unions.According to the situation of our country,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the function of trade union organization,and puts forward a little effort to solve the difficulty of constructing harmonious labor relations.
