Study On Rural Residential Distribution And Relocation In Pingshuo Open-pit Area

Mineral resource is an important impetus for social development, but the continuous exploitation of resources results in a large number of destruction lands. Coal mine plays an important role in energy structure in China. By the end of 2010, coal mine has damaged more than 1 million of land, which is one of the most important objects in land reclamation. Because of resource management and resource depletion, a large number of mine land wastes. To redevelop and reuse these lands is an urgent issue. At present, the land reclamation technologies are improving, so mankind should be introduced into the already reclaimed land.This thesis firstly analyzes the rural residential area in Pingshuo mining area to understand the situation from natural and economic aspects. We can find that rural residential area locates spontaneously in flat and convenient transportation place by analyzing remote sensing data. Through data analysis and interview, Pingshuo mining area is improving the resettlement policy continuously for relocated villagers, and the lives of relocated people have been greatly improved. Then the factors affecting the residential area have been classified into quantitative and qualitative factors. Due to the special environmental conditions in mining area, environmental pollution has been placed in first consideration and evaluation. Coupled with mine reclamation plan, of AHP method, combined with quantity and quality methods, has been applied to construct the evaluation system and select the most appropriate residential area.From this research, we can get these conclusions as follows.(1), variation coefficients of slope, aspect and terrain undulation reflect the rural settlements in loess plateau are mostly based on topography.(2) Rural settlements are located in the region with the elevation of 1 300 ~ 1500 m, the gradient between 0 ~ 10 ° and the slope aspect with S,SW, SE(3) By field investigation and data analysis, it is shown that villages in Pingshuo mining area have been relocated with allowance in many aspects from China Coal Pingshuo Group Co Ltd Housing conditions tend to be perfect, economic compensation increases year by year, and employment and social security have been improved according to personal ability and age.(4) Based on the suitability of both natural and social conditions and Pingshuo five-year plan, and combined with the pollution situation of industrial sites, factors influencing rural residential area location have been determined. The candidates of rural residential area is located in the east of Jingping Township, southern dump and western dump of Antaibao coal mine, and internal dump of Anjialing coal mine. These candidate areas are located in flat region with better vegetation coverage and convenient transportation, and are close to Ping Lu district. Besides, there areas have not been polluted by mining industrial sites.
