Their work plays a role in the development of society on some degree.In the third chapter, the managements of criminals are discussed which is covered from family, back and belly, liberty of activities, protection of living rights, pardon and redemption and punishment. The criminals'social condition and the specialty of criminals'managements are showed through the discussion.In the fourth chapter, the term of imprisonment is narrated and dissertated. The proof provided by the scholars of holding a standpoint of settled term is trustless. With a view to the recordation of Qin Bamboo Slips and the literature be handed down from ancient times, it is more convincing that the term of imprisonment doesn't exist in law. The criminals can gain liberty through being remitted and buying back freedom.
