There are five parts in my thesis. It includes introduction, the Study of the poor areas and rural people with the causes of poverty and the characteristics of the problems that exist in poverty alleviation, education and poverty reduction strategy.In the first part, it focuses on the problems of poor rural areas of persons withdisabilities and it is becoming the difficulties and the focuses. Meanwhile, I also introduce the reasons of my title from the present people with poor rural areas, such as poverty trend was deepened perspective on the origins of choice for a more detailed explanation of the purpose of the study of theory and practice to explore two aspects of the pursuit of a note. The purpose of this study is based on documents, interviews and field trips, the entire study to break the "outsider" indifference on the model, to enter with the truth "," to study the issue, from the "poverty-stricken areas" thinking "in poverty-stricken areas" the issue of the "rural" to "rural" from "persons with disabilities" on the perspective of "disabled".In the second part, it explains the reasons and characteristics of the poor rural areas people with disabilities. There are three aspects. First, it is the lack of strong theoretical support; Second, there are shortcomings in anti-poverty methods; Third, the building of the team. In the fourth part, it tells us the poor rural areas with Disabilities Education theoretical basis for the poor human capital theory, solve the problem of people with three main theories assumption that the dependent theory of social regression, by the theory introduced to the education of persons with disabilities based on the reality of poverty were analyzed.In the last part, it tells us the strategies of solving the problems.
