An Analysis Of Marxist View Of Justice From The Perspective Of Contemporary

With the rapid development of China's economy and social construction,the issue of justice has become one of the most attractive issues in Chinese society.There is a great gap between China and western society in economy and social construction.China is still in his primary stage of socialism,while the west developed countries have experienced for hundreds of years of development,and formed their own theories of the social governance model.After the reform and opening up,China has chosen the road of market economy.There have been many new situations in economic development and social governance,in which social justice is one of the major problems.Capitalism has faced similar problems in his stage of industrialization,and Marx's critique of capitalism contains the rich ideological connotation of social justice.Marx's thought in contemporary Western academy circles has caused profound debate and discussion.In the face of social justice,contemporary China needs to take care of China's modernization.The issue of social justice is a problem that a society must face and solve at a certain stage.From the beginning of the 1970 s to the present,the issue of resource allocation for society has become the focus of many political philosophy scholars.In the face of the distribution of justice in China's social development,we can hear and tell two different voices in Chinese academia.A large part of the reason is not as an academic point of view,but in different disciplines background or even different academic background.Through the controversy over the Marxist view of justice,we can figure out that the both sides have their reasonable opinions.One party based on the limitations of the development of Marxism itself;the other mainly based on the development of Western political philosophy.But the Western political philosophy under the influence of modernity has its own difficulties to solve the problem.In Marx's theory,although the text of the lack of modern social sense of "Justice words",the communist society is to provide a direction of social development,the eradication of private ownership of communism is not only a historical development requirements,but the moral requirements of human freedom,equality and all-round development.Therefore,the Western political philosophy theory and Marx's argument can not be simply copied to today's China.The task of modern China and the contemporary world is not to eliminate private ownership,but in the framework of market economy peace and development.Under such conditions and conditions of the times,Marx's view of justice should be understood,that is,this article to explore the specific issues.
