The Study On Systematization Of Police Affairs Supervision And Restraint System

The legitimacy and justice of police executing the law have a direct impact on the realization of the stability of social orders and civilian rights. In order to protect civil rights from police power infringement, police affairs must be activated on the basis of law. In other words, police affairs must be effectively supervised and restrained. However, with some obvious objection, the actual police affairs supervision system still hasn't come to maturity. Thus, the police affairs restraints from various aspects must be combined and perfected so that the police infraction of law could be avoided and solved.The author analyzes the status of the domestic police affairs supervision and restraint system, uses the successful experience from western countries for reference and puts forward a set of project on police affairs supervision and restraint.It means the overall supervision system should be established, to be specific, they are legislation supervision as precondition, judicature supervision as foundation, interior supervision in public security department as emphasis, together with power equipoise (mainly between administrative power and civil rights) and social supervision.
