Brief Analysis Of Safety Relationship Between Russia And Mid-Asia After The Cold War

Lying in the heart of European-Asian continent,Mid-Asia plays a very important strategic role in the politics.After the separation of the Soviet Union,there has been a vacuum of powers in the area. Moreover,the safety and ability both in Mid-Asia and in Russia have been threatened by the three hegemonic power.Meanwhile,the safety in Russia has been threatened seriously due to the NATO east expansion.In recent years ,the crisis of Russian safety resulted from"colour revolution"taken place in some of the important countries of CIS,which has tendencies to the west.Thus dealing with the relationship between Russia and Mid-Asia becomes an urgent and sentitive issue,which is one of the key factors involving in whether or not Russia can regain its strong power.This thesis including three sections briefly analyses the history,the development and the future between Mid-Asia and Russia.The three sections are as follows:1.history and development between Mid-Asia and former Soviet Union and Russian countries.2.influnential factors between Mid-Asia and Russia3.future of safety relationship between Mid-Asia and Russia.By using the theory of constructivism,this thesis also analyses the safety strategies which involve in enlarging area safety cooperation and construcing the united safety network for common benefit.The thesis realistic meaning lies in the geographic position that connects with the northwest of China.It may influence the safety in the northwest in our country.So we should think highly of it.
