From 1949 to 1978, the Communist Party of China had been implemented the policy to encourage women to employ comprehensively and sustainable, specifically including: to propagate the important thoughts on the women participating in the social labor of Marxism; to mobilize the extensive participation of women in nation-building to promote women' s full employment; to guide setting up the laws and policies fit for women' s employment characteristics; to guide establishing the social birth protection system for supporting the women' s employment; to implement effective measures of the socialization of household labor. The women' s full employment is historically significant: the Chinese women had won self-esteem and an unprecedented economic and social status; to give full play for the party and the government in maintaining social fairness and justice functions; to impact the traditional and backward gender sense, to spread advanced Gender awareness; to play the role of women human resources, to promote the socialist economic construction. The lessons on this stage of the Party to encourage women' s full employment are: to prevent male employment standards for female, to advocate two parties to do domestic labor; to solve the conflict on women's the dual role between family and social, to deeply criticize of the traditional gender stereotypes employment concept; to rectify concepts of gender discrimination regarding the female labor as a water storage pool.
