Study On The Course Of Women's Participation In Politics Since 1949 From The Vision Of Policy Sciences

The women's revolution is the important scale of the development of the human society. The women' s participation in politics is the highest style of women' s revolution. The development of women' s participation in politics brings great affections on the country and the whole society: it not only effects on the democracy in China today; but also is an important content in full implementation of the scientific concept of development and the construction of socialism harmonious society. So Women' s participation in politics, as an important reality problem and a hot issue, is researched in the world of theory in China today. This thesis makes an analysis from the vision of Policy Sciences, looks back the course of Women' s participation since 1949 firstly and then point out some problems and factors in the implementation of this policy .Finally, draw lessons from good experience of women' s participation in politics around the world and make useful measures to advance the policy , eventually to raise the level of women' s participation in politics of China and promote the development of women' s liberation.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is a history to look back. Make an analysis on changes of policy and course of women' s participation in politics since 1949. In the second part, point out problems which existed in the implementation of the policy, including the weakness of contents, deviation and supervision over the implementation of the policy. Then analyzes subjective and objective environmental factors separately. The former includes the low level of women' s culture quality and Weakness political awareness; the latter factor involves of economy, traditional culture and media. In the last part, for the purpose of improving the policy and women' s entirety developments, the author analyzes the major modes and references some international good experience of women' s participation in politics policy .Finally, promotes some suggestions: improve the contents of policy, increase the quality of women, improve the environments to a better implementation of women' s participation in politics policy and other measures.
