| Democratic Politics is the development trend of history, as well as the important goal and content of our country's socialist politics civilization construction. Demotic Politics, as one of the hard social system, includes many interactive and interrelated factors, thus the participation of the civilians is one of the important factors, and the participation degree of the civilians in politics is the important standards to value the level of democracy. Women's participation in politics is the important part of civilians' participation in politics, and it is not only the reflections of democratic politics, but also plays a key role in the perfection process of democratic politics. Researching on the women's participation in politics aims to get a better see in our country's women's participation in politics level through the analysis of the current situation of the women's participation in politics. Furthermore, through the analysis of these reasons to make out the policy and measures of promoting the level of women's participation in politics, eventually to promote Chinese democratic political process.This paper is divided into three parts: First part: Analysis of relevant concept words, mainly focus on the theory expatiation of Democracy Politics, Political Participation and Women's Participation in Politics;Second part: Making an analysis on the current situation of our country's women's participation in politics in democratic politics process. Firstly, it reflects the democratic political construction's history and current situation. Secondly, it makes further analysis on the women's participation in politics in the process of democratic politics process, the achievement that women gained and the problems and negative factors in the process of women's participation in democratic politics process;In the last part, just the third part, we have work out several ways to promote women's participation in politics and promoting the process of Chinese democratic politics: Perfecting the legalization of women's participation in politics and policy insurance;Promoting women's self-cultivation, to form the whole superiority in women's participation in politics;to create the advanced culture construction and good atmosphere for women's participation in politics.
