But there are still women in politics consciousness, lack of women in politics top-level design, lack of power politics execution policy, not rational structure of female cadres and other issues. There are three reasons:From Concept factors, the women's political participation and obedience has assigned characteristics, political participation of women and women in general are not close organic links; security policies and measures from policy factors, the adjustment is lagging behind women's political participation, gender implementation of security policies is relatively weak, some broad-brush policy does not enable the system to become a reality; from female cadres themselves, the general lack of awareness of personal development planning, there are barriers to growth and development. It is recommended to improve from three aspects:optimizing awareness of women in politics, in the promotion of social gender mainstreaming, strengthen propaganda efforts to enhance women's political participation awareness initiative; policy towards the source of the proportion of women in politics, while continuing to implement and improve the gender ratio guarantee system, efforts from the reality of women's development; strengthening women's political participation in public policy implementation, in a proactive gender protection policy, women in politics to seize the key link in the process, strengthen supervision efforts on education.
