Large-Scale Social Activities Risk Management And Crowd Incidents Prevention System Research

In recent years, as China's social activities amount is increasing.The scale of social activites have been expanding and international level have been continuously improving. Large-scale social activities are increasingly becoming the focus of attention of the community, enterprises and the broad masses of people. Large-scale social activities have the features of highly population density and highly mobility. So this kind of activities triggers safety incidents easily, causing heavy casualties and bad social impact. Particularly, China got the bid of the 2008 Olympic Games successfully. It is a major test about the China's large-scale social activities organizational capacity.This thesis is based on the characteristics of the crowd in the large-scale social activities, according to logic of cause of the accident theory of system safety engineering, adopting risk management analysis and management methods of modern project management and adopting the operational issues-oriented design methods. This thesis research and design a set of large-scale social activities overall safeguards system, and gives concrete concept design of the realization of the system.In the course of analysing cause of the accident, this thesis got he FTA of crowd incidents based on the features of large-scale social activities. After classificating and analysing the the cause factor of the incident, this thesis establish evaluation indicator set and score set of early warning system. This thesis set the indicatior set and score set as the core ,got practice-oriented overall concept design of large-scale social activities crowd accident prevention system.This thesis provides large-scale social activities project risk management study a new train of thought and supply related government department with a alternative plan of establishing a large-scale social activities crowd incident warning system.
