China is a large agricultural country and a big country of peasant, the rural population accounts for the vast majority of China's population, which determines the peasant's position in China's democratic and political life. The status of the peasant in China's political participation is essential for the development of democratic politics, the degree of the peasant participation in politics is the parameter that can measures China's political civilization construction, is the ruler of the quality of political life and the standard of political democratization development level, has a direct impact on the country's political democratization process.There are some factors which affect the expansion of the peasant orderly participation , which can be divided into three categories: the rural economy and the expansion of the peasant orderly political participation, the country's political institution and system and the expansion of the peasant orderly political participation, rural education and the expansion of the peasant orderly political participation. the contradiction between the other factors and the expansion of the peasant orderly political participation can be ascribed to the three categories directly or indirectly .
