A Study Of The Cenozoic Peasant-workers' Political Participation

This research object is Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation. The so-called " Cenozoic peasant-workers" is 18 to 30 new generation of working off-farm workers which are borned after 1980.They have four features, for example, education level is high, career expectations is high, material and spiritual pursuit are high,but toughness and endurance are low. At present, on the one hand, Cenozoic migrant workers no longer "silent", they request the realization of their own legitimate rights and interests appealing.They are eager to participate in urban social affairs management process in urban and rural areas; on the other hand, the long-term impact of the structural system take Cenozoic migrant workers outside the city political affairs without interest expression power. This paper have combined the multidisciplinary theories and methods in sociology and politics.It focus from the citizen participation and stratification of society scandalous to analyzes the theoretical perspective Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation problems.This paper topic is made up of four parts:The first part mainly introduces the important concepts in the article, for instance, Cenozoic migrant worker, political participation at home and abroad. In this part, significance and research and background of Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation also be put forward. The second part mainly analyzes the present situation and the new features of Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation, and puts forward the practical problems in the process of Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation which have produced several positive or negative influences. The third part aiming at the highlight problems in the process of Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation,emphatically analyzes the causes of these problems from the system.The lack of organization,social atmosphere and their own factors of Cenozoic peasant-workers. The fourth part respectively proposes the pathes to promote the healthy development of Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation from several aspects, for example,the einrichtungsgarantie,social-ecological environment,the organization construction, quality education and so on,according to the problems and the reasons for problems of Cenozoic peasant-workers' political participation.
