Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region's Exercise Of The Minority Nationalities' Regional Autonomy

The papers have six chapters.Chapter 1 is the Introduction,about the studying's backgroud,significance,research status at home and abroad,and the programme and route that the papers takened. Chapter 2 is about the main contents of the theory of minority nationalities'regional autonomy,including the theory's concept,features,contents,and the basical principles that the theory should follow. Chapter 3 is about the overview of Xinjiang Uygur's regional autonomy,and the basis and significince that the policy of minority nationalities's regional autonomy implemented in Xinjiang. Chapter 4 discussed the exercise of the minority nationalities's regional autonomy in Xinjiang,including the establishment of the Xinjiang Uygur's regional autonomy, the autonomous agency's building, the status that Xinjiang Uygur's regional autonomy exercise their rights,and further study the exercise of the minority nationalities's regional autonomy in Xinjiang.This chapter is the papers'emphosis. Chapter 5 is about the problems that exists in the exercise of the minority nationalities's regional autonomy in Xinjiang ,and proposing the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Chapter 6 is conclusion of the papers. On the basis of previous contents,this chapter highlights. the significance and meaning of the studying by deep thinking,objective analysis,highly summarized,and outlooks the further exercising and developing of the policy in Xinjiang.
