As a fundamental political policy in our country, the minority region autonomy regulation is a self ruled policy established on the cross between nationality autonomy and regional autonomy.China spent more than half century on establishing the minority region autonomy regulation. Once done successfully, the regulation can further improve the self development capabilities of the minority regions to protect economy, political rights of the regions.
