Development Difficulties And Countermeasures Analysis Of China's Official Accountability System

As a system security, official accountability system can promote the building of Responsible government, this new responsible restraint mechanism can be more effective on the power of control and supervision. It was a crisis of accountability during the period of SARS, and now it is established as a kind of political system. it is only a few years time, but its positive function has aroused widespread concern in the academic community. But we should not be overlooked that it is still in its initial stage, there are still some improvement to be made in its environmental construction, system construction and other ancillary construction. This is the plight in today's development of China's official accountability system. Therefore, the study how to further improve our accountability system and let it better service for the building of the socialist democracy is very important. This paper aims to provide feasible Countermeasures by anglicizing the existing problems of accountability system, with a view to enable the accountability system can be further improved. Aiming at the existing problems of China's official accountability system, by learning from western countries in the accountability system on the basis of practical experience, we can improve China's official accountability system mainly through infrastructure, the construction of the ecological environment, system, institutionalized protection of building. These includes more specific measures such as strengthening the building of administrative ethics, urging the civil society to mature and strengthening accountability allograft, the establishment of institutionalized accountability procedures, improving accountability laws and regulations and actively exploring the accountability of officials withdraw and return and relief mechanisms. Of course, China's official accountability system is not mature overnight, and it depends on the improvement of all aspects of support and efforts. But according to our government on the implementation of the accountability system for officials of the intensity and determination perspective in the past few years, we believe that the accountability system is mature and sound is just around the corner.
