In 1950s,the Communist Party of China's policy on the Rich Peasant experienced three successional variations . That is the preservation of the Rich Peasant's economy from July of 1950 to November of 1951, the Restriction of the Rich Peasant's economy from December of 1951 to November of 1953and the extermination of the Rich Peasant's economy from December of 1953 to the end of 1956 . This article explored the process of the variation of the Communist Party of China's policy on the Rich peasant , and this article explored the reason of the variation from the aspect of the historical background and the transformation of the principle leader's related ideal ,and so on . The process of eliminating the Rich Peasant's economy is also the process of the agriculture's cooperativization in China . Though the process of the agriculture's cooperativization made the Rich Peasant's economy perish a little quickly , but now in the countryside of China , the productive forces is backward , the economic condition is bad , therefore , to explore the cooperative way is necessary to continue in China . The experience and lessons of the Communist Party of China's policy on rich peasant in 1950s has important significance in nowadays work in the countryside of China . To study the variation process of the Communist Party of China's rich peasant's policy can help us to learn the history of the Communist Party of China better at that time .
