Evaluation Of Air Defense Combat Training Efficiency

In this paper we summarize major factors impacting the efficiency of air defensecombat training, from the viewpoint of world new war change.And establish multilevel structural model of evaluating indicator systematic for air defence combattraining efficiency .Indicator weight is decided and changed by using judgment matrix rectification method and the relative reliability of decision-makers ,it is researchedthat the efficiency of the ground air defense combat training ;second ,using queuing theory , separately seting up the mathematical model of missile system and gun system .It is the most important part of this paper . Incorporateing AHP and services probability on anti-aircraft gun missile system , a whole model of the ground air defense system is forming,which is evaluating efficiency .This paper is composed of four chapters,which are independent and correlative to one another . The first chapter is an introduction.In this chapter we briefly introducethe war background investigated in this paper.That is , in the face of new war change,the factors that impact the air defense combat training efficiency should have new content. How to evaluate the air defense combat training efficiency ? The conventional visual experience evaluation methods can not meet the needs of moderntimes war any longer . It is extremely necessary to adopt new scientific methods in aids of commander to proceed quantitative analysis . This is the cut-in point of this paper.The second chapter contains some propaedeutics. First of all , the analytic hi- erarchy process is introduced and the rationale and basic steps of analytic hierarchy process are illuminated . Secondly , we introduce the relative reliability of decisionmakersin group decision . In section§2.6 ,the degree of uniformity between the decision -maker's estimations of the two objects is given as follows:And the relative reliability of decision-maker is :In chapter 3 , We evaluate the efficiency of air defense combat training . Through the analysis of the ground air defense weapon system , set up a factor systemof the combat training efficiency , uses a judgment matrix rectification method in improving the determination of weights , and comprehensively evaluates the efficiencyof the ground air defense weapon system combat training example by adopting the methods of AHP combined with judgment matrix rectification and service probability.It mostly include following several aspects :(1) Hitting power . It includes all-day ability , defence disturbing ability , lowairability , distinguish enemy or friend ability , ideal-probe ability , be able to firing ability , destroying ability ;(2) Auto-moving ability . It includes combat-transforming of time , road automovingability , passing through road ability .(3) Defending ability . It includes armoured defending ability , feigning measure,three-defense ability , smoke-screan of material , material of extinguishing a fire and restraining-blast.Basing on this indicator system ,we use analytic hierarchy process to ascertain each indicator weight and incorporate the relative reliability of decision-makers in group decision to evalute the capability of air defense combat training .Finally ,the mathematical model of the capability of air defense combat training evaluation is given as follows : where :With this model, we can test the effect of every training, combining the examinationstandards in the drill principle, which will be favorable for enhancing the military ability of commanders, locating the disadvantages in the drills and providingfoundation to increase the efficiency of future military training .In chapter 4 , a definition of service probability on anti-aircraft gun missile system is given . A model for calculating the service probability is set up after investigating the characteristics of service process of the air defence system .The model can be used as a necessary analysis means evaluate the shooting ability and system effectiveness of the air defence system ,it is a kind of necessary complmentof air defense combat training system model .Basing of the model , a kind of computer imitate system had been exploited , which is improving evaluation of air defense combat training efficiency .
