The System Protection Of Realizing The Fairness And Justice Of Harmonious Society

These years, with the rapid development of economy, many social problems come into being, like resource distribution disproportion and dramatic social class gap. In order to solve these problems, the fourth plenary session of 16th central committee put forwards the concept of"harmonious society", which enriches the socialism theory with Chinese characteristics. Accordingly, as the approach to stick to it,"fairness and justice"was officially put forward too. Soon after, Chairman Hu Jintao addressed several crucial speeches, all of which stressed the importance of social fairness and justice and society harmony. The 17th CPC national congress defined"the people's life"as the theme, to which given much attention. It tries to let more people enjoy the fruit of social development by means of fairness and justice."Fairness and justice", a pure judicial notion, has broaden its dimension in socialism and administration. Hence, how to deal with social problems with"fairness and justice"is a question which calls for immediate settlement. System innovation, as the latest fruit of sanitization of Marxism, is the key core of the Scientific Outlook on Development and Harmonious Socialist Society Theory and plays an important role in modern China development. As the development goes further, we should learn a lesson from the initial phase, which is somewhat clumsy and impractical. We should call a halt on blind system innovation and building, which will waste huge cost and even cause serious social problems that hinder social harmony. Therefore, it is necessary to dig further on system innovation theoretically, which supports specific system building. Only in this way can we materialize"Fairness and justice"in all fields. Our way on building harmonious society will be more flat.
