Research On Disclosure Of Government Information

With the coming of information ear, progress of modern democracy and development of the legal system, the idea of people's right to know is enhancing. Disclosure of government information has become a world tendency and the best way to protect people's right to know. According to theory of document life period , government information and archive are the embodiment of value form variation of the same thing at different movement period. Archive is the important part of government information , disclosure of archive information is the need of government information disclosure. There are many differences between the stipulations about disclosure of Archival Law and its related rules and regulations and the Rules of Government Information Disclosure . And people's right to know is actually restricted. Archive disclosure has become the bottleneck of government information disclosure. So it's necessary to take some steps to improve and perfect the archive disclosure in order to guarantee the effective inplemention of government information disclosure.This thesis researches the government information disclosure from the viewpoint of archive disclosure. The thesis analyses the relationship between them and points out the differences and connections between them. By the analysis of contemporary situation and comparative research, the thesis intents to research how to promote the government information disclosure, in order to guarantee people's right to know.
