| The development of society and ecomony makes people increasingly improve the multi-demands of public goods, and government is hard to overcome its own defect at structure and reason during the process of providing the public goods. The unified modes of providing public goods is challenged by the reality. During this reform, because of its own characteristics of public-spirited, voluntary and non-profit, the nonprofit organization has low cost, more flexible and changeable with high efficiency than the government while offering some public goods. Under the situation that the government is hard to meet present public goods demand, we should vigorously develop nonprofit organization, and make it participation of the supply of public goods effectively. In the end,we should gradually establish a multi-center system and complementary mechanism .The article defines relative concepts of public goods, nonprofit organization at first;then, analyse the supply situation of public goods;based on the previous analyse, the article takes nonprofit organization in Wenzhou as a case, expound the role of nonprofit organization in the providing public goods. In the end, the article tries to bulid a cooperative relationship in the supply of public goods between the nonprofit organization and the government, in order to promote efficiency of the supply and meet the diverse needs of the public. |
